If you would like more information on the Chair's Club - please visit our website. By submitting payment on this form, you acknowledge that your are joining the Sydney Dance Company Chair's Club for an initial period of two years.

The membership cost, donations and ticket balance are non-refundable.

The cost breakdown for this payment consists of a $5000 - Annual Donation, $250 - Annual Membership , $25 - GST (on Annual Membership component), $2225 - Tickets* - Total cost $7500.

*10 tickets to be used at any of our dedicated Chair’s Evening performances in the calendar year where payment was made.

Any outstanding ticket balances left at the end of the calendar year will be converted to a donation and you will be receipted accordingly.

Our Philanthropy team will contact you to arrange payment of the second year of your membership in January / February of 2025.
